As part of our ongoing service to our customers, we provide a unique, free health check service on any business gas, electricity and water accounts.
With your authority we will liaise with your current supplier(s) and collate the necessary information required. We’ll then contact you and look at what options are available to your business.
The service is free and you are under no obligation to contract with Utility Market Watch.
Utility Market Watch will never agree a contract on your behalf without prior written or verbal consent.
HOW IT WORKS
We will send you a Letter of Authority via DocuSign that you will need to sign. The document will detail exactly what authority has been given and how we will use your information.
Once we receive your Letter of Authority, we are able to offer the following services:
- Locate your meters on the National Database
- Confirm which suppliers, you are currently using
- Confirm your current rates and contract dates and if you’re in a contract
- Validate your bills to ensure you are on the correct rates for your type of meter
- Submit a meter reading on your behalf
- Ensure any applicable discounts are applied to the account
- Complete any relevant documentation on your behalf
- Check your meter is submitting correct reads, and registered correctly
- Liaise with DNO’s (District Network Operators)
- Verify your TCR banding based on your historical consumption
All this and more comes under our “Health Check” service.
